Reason & Evidence:
Customers must clearly state the reason for the return and provide supporting evidence (such as photos) showing the defect, damage, or incorrect item.

Product Condition:
To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused, unwashed, and unaltered, with all original tags and packaging intact.

We reserve the right to refuse any return request that does not meet the above conditions.

 

Exchange Policy

Exchange Request:

Proof of Purchase:
A valid order number must be provided as proof of purchase when requesting an exchange along with payment screenshots. 

Eligibility & Verification:
All exchange requests are subject to verification of the product’s condition and eligibility in accordance with our policy.

Processing Time:
The exchange process typically takes 8–10 working days from the time the request is approved.

Out-of-Stock Items:
If the requested item is out of stock, customers will be issued a credit voucher of equivalent value, which can be used for future purchases.

Non-Exchangeable Items:
Items purchased on sale or discount are not eligible for exchange.
